Curatorial Intern Inside La Fondazione La Biennale, Venezia

I participated in the internship program offered by the Albanian Pavilion for the 50th edition of the Venice Art Biennale. The Albanian curatorial team gave me pre-curatorial training, with the knowledge achieved in the field. Thanks to the passion and love for the artist triggered during the training, I was able to describe the life and the works of Lumturi Blloshmi.

Communication Planner for RE:SOURCE

During my internship, I was part of the team involved in the organization of the 10th International Conference on the Histories of Media Art, Science, and Technology. My responsibilities encompassed the development and execution of a social media strategy, collaborating closely with the team throughout the pre-conference and conference phases, and actively participating in planning various events.

General Experience

I worked at NEW INSTITUTE, Centre for Environmental Humanities (NICHE) in Venice, where I performed the following duties:
managing the Centre’s email inbox
creating and planning content for various social media and updating
Constant updating of the Agenda application
support during the organisation of events

Water & Fire Podcast

Water & Fire is a podcast that tells the story of the interplay between these two elements
through interviews with professors, researchers, and experts in the field, exploring realities
that range from the simple heating of our homes to the vast oceans of our planet.
Developed over four episodes, the podcast manages to cover both the humanities and the
sciences, with a special focus on sustainability and climate change.

Workshops related to the VENezia ARTigiana Project

VENezia ARTigiana – Formazione outdoor “Teatro artigiano – II° edition

The second edition of Teatro Artigiano was born from the collaboration between director, artist, and actor Mattia Berto and Ca’ Foscari University of Venice. Teatro Artigiano is a theatrical workshop in which participants, supported by Mattia Berto, studied the Venetian artisan business “Giancarlo Signoretto Master Glass Snc”, a glass furnace located on the island of Murano, and created a site-specific performance inspired by the language of glass and fire.

VENezia ARTigiana – Elevator camp e rebranding dell’artigianato in bottega

During the project meetings, participants, divided into teams, worked on innovation, prototyping, and the simulation of real-world scenarios. Each participant leveraged their strengths to develop a Digital Brand Identity project using innovative methodologies such as Design Thinking and the Business Model Canvas.

Other working experiences

During my studies, I gained experience in retail as a brand ambassador, promoter, and sales assistant. Although not directly related to my academic field, this experience enabled me to develop key professional skills such as teamwork, time management, goal orientation, target analysis, offer customization, independent work, and strong problem-solving abilities.
